Telephone Counselling

If you want to phone to see whether phone counselling would be appropriate for you, call us for a free informal chat. Alternatively call us to book a phone counselling appointment.

We are usually able to fit you in within a few days, sometimes even on the same day. We will give you a UK landline number to call at the counselling appointment time.

You can discuss the issues that are concerning you from the comfort of your home or private office. Telephone counselling is about helping you understand your concerns more clearly and about helping you plan and bring about any realistic change that you desire.

If you decide to book an appointment they are usually for 60 minutes, but could be for 30 minutes if you prefer. We charge £15 for 30 minutes and £30 for an hour of telephone counselling (£35 for couples). You can pay for your counselling using our secure card payment facilities.

Face-to-face Counselling

Call us to book a counselling appointment. We charge £30 for each hour's counselling session. Payment for your counselling can be made in cash, by cheque, or by credit card.

We are based in King's Lynn, Norfolk, UK. Counselling sessions last for 60 minutes.
